Emmo felt as if he were flying. The ground was soft, not steel. The only Life he had ever known was human. Never had he seen birds, grass, flowers, or trees. Feeling as if he had been given new energy from this new Life, Emmo ran with all of his might. He yearned to embrace this creation and let it know how dear it was to him, but, Emmo must keep running. Faster. Farther. Longer. After running two standard days, with few stops, Emmo collapsed into the grass. The grass comforted. The trees caressed his tired muscles. The birds sang lullabys. Another word Emmo had discovered on the Region of Reason came to mind. "Mother," he spoke,"Oh my dear Mother at last we've found each other. I've never known you. You have always known me, and, at last, we meet." Emmo fell asleep in his Mother's arms.
